Projects that (hopefully) get done in 2014... 2020.

(Delay due somewhat to lack of progress on garage, as well as money.)

The parapet metal flashing tying in the edge of the pond liner:
   (A) [Done] This requires the second coat of exterior stucco applied first
   (B) [Done] Get it done before it rains more

   (C) [Done] Do any required repairs to the edge of the existing pond liner prior to capping
  (D) [Done] Install flashing, provide complete protection of the pond liner on the roof side of the
parapet.  This varies quite a bit from a few inches to feet.

  (E) [Done] Recover with dirt, install drain tile (tube) to prevent water accumulation.
   (F) [Done] Install parapet lighting.

(G) [Next] Install terracing on south steep slope and MBR patio and drain.

The interior exposed cement walls and ceiling plaster finish, painting, floor tiling:
   (A) [Done] Get it done by about July 2017.
   (B) [Done] Have to move all contents around to get it done.
   (C) [Finish] Finish small completion tasks.

The studio finishing:
  (A) [Done] Have to move all contents to get it done. Timed out on garage build,
moved items to new storage unit (more cost).

   (B) [Done] Finish last sheetrocking of framed wall.
   (C) [Done] Cement plaster finish.
   (D) [Done] Floor tiling.

   (E) [Done] Get all required hardware and software upgrades done.
   (F) [Done] Get all required networking upgrades done.
   (G) [Done] Measure, get and install required studio audio treatment.
   (H) [Finish] Install all required studio wiring.
   (I) Integrate all current projects with the new computer configuration.

The countertops and kitchen finishing:
   (A) [Pending funding] Kitchen backsplash baseboard and finish tile.
   (B) Kitchen and bathrooms countertops.
   (C) Kitchen crown molding.
   (D) Kitchen overhead light fixture.

The power house:
   (A) [Pending funding] Get it done so that the ground loop field can be charged
   (B) Support one Gobi410 thermal panel PV heater for recharging the heat pump’s ground loop field.
When the field was first created, two PEX lines were installed coming out near where the future
power house would be just for this purpose. Secondarily, getting the current set of
four (4) PV panels installed and operational is next to do later in the year.
This requires getting more equipment such as an inverter, etc., and will initially only consist
of a grid-tie setup.  The batteries and more PV panels will have to wait until later, which will then
be a grid-tie setup with battery backup (12 hours capacity).

Power House and PV Panels Shading Calculations

The vents finishing:
   (A) Finalize finishing detail
   (B) Get and install finishing caps for all vents

The house automation:
   (A) Get all required sensors and control items
   (B) Get all required networking upgrades done
   (C) Integrate into the computer network
   (D) Automate reporting and control processes

The garage:
   (A) [Pending funding] Get it done in ASAP (financially)
   (B) Earth roof if possible, else a standing seam metal roof
   (C) Insulated and heated module walls inside of garage
Thermal break for both walls and footing is very important
   (D) Slab floor
   (E) Doors
   (F) Lighting and other finish items
