I first had purchased a site in Grass Valley, California. Only after doing this, and attempting to get plans done, approved and costs nailed down, did it become apparent that, for my budget, California was just too expensive. All the plans and design for the Grass Valley site are found as links off of this page. Not all is lost though, as the design of the house has been advanced and greatly refined along the way. |
