  Scope of work:
  a) Finish trenching lines for 6", 8" and 10" duct work.
     Level trenches and install bedding material.
     Finalize supply and return connection locations for proposed
     heat pump location.
     Determine final connection fabrications and runs to reach 144 square inches
    for both supply and return lines.
  b) Assist in installing duct work per manufacturers' recommendations
     ensuring level lines and register boots, and ensuring proper depth
     below slab height and proper bedding and support for all tubes and
     fittings.
     Duct tubes and fittings are already on site.
     Insulation for tubes is already on site.
     Glue will be on site.
     . Per EST: 2x 8"x8' strips of insulation board are laid down in the
       trenches to form a "V" for insulating the ducts.
  c) Perform pressure test as long as it is cost effective.
  d) Follow on:
     1) Assist in installing heat pump:
        . Supply connections for the heat pump supply (downflow) and return
          (side) to the under-slab duct work.
        . Specify, possibly supply, platform for the heat pump to sit on
          and have connections underneath.
        . Assist as determined in connecting the heat pump to duct work, flow
          control center and thermostatic controls.
     2) Test and qualify final installation.  Supply supporting paperwork for
        Oregon tax credit (ground source heat pump).

Install all vents to outside: bathrooms, dryer, kitchen

Install wiring.
